Summary and Background Information: 

This item would approve granting an access easement to the Hazeltine Heights Water and Sanitation District in order to provide an access off of Belle Creek Boulevard to facilitate parking at their facility on an occasional basis. Hazeltine’s access, off of 104^th Avenue, is being relocated further west as a part of the Belle Creek Boulevard intersection relocation. They have limited room for parking on their site, adjacent to 104^th Avenue.
