Summary and Background Information: The City has approximately 70-railroad crossing between the BNSF and the UPRR. Many motorists traveling through the City experience traffic delays caused by blockages at the railroad tracks. The City is proposing to measure traffic delays at various railroad crossing along the UPRR and BNSF. This information will be used to investigate options to address these delays.
