As requested by Council, E3 staff has prepared the Q1 Energy, Equity and Environmental Division Update. The presentation illustrates projects, policies and programs staff have implemented in 2024. The presentation will include an ordinance amending Chapter 11 of the City of Commerce City revised municipal code to prohibit the idling of motor vehicles.
