Summary & Background

The City owns a 1.19 acre parcel of property at 5650 Bowen Court and is currently leasing the property to the Adams County School District 14 (ACSD14). ACSD14 is using the property as a pre-school. The lease expired on June 30, 2023 and staff needs direction from the City Council about the future use of the property. Although the lease has expired, the terms of the lease are in effect until the lease is officially terminated. Staff is requesting an Executive Session to discuss the future of this property.
