Summary and Background Information: Food for Hope is the local nonprofit that provides the food for the Hope Center in Adams 14 and we are also supporting the expansion of our services in the new Community School Models in Adams 14! Currently in Adams County we support many local students and their families with different food programming: weekend food bags, School Fuel-weekday snacks, In School Food Banks and special programming. This past year we supported 6 districts and over 30 schools with food insecurity.
