Call to order: Chair Acevedo called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m.

Approval of Minutes  
Chair Acevedo requested for multiple name spellings to be corrected from the minutes  
of the April 4th Youth Commission meeting.  
Commissioner Kennison made a motion to approve the minutes of April 4th, 2024.  
Commissioner Cordero seconded the motion which was approved unanimously.

A. Commissioners were encouraged to vote on a KSA flyer during the End of Year  
Celebration by putting their name in the cup in front of the flyer of their choice.  
B. Commissioner Kennison made a motion to not attend the Memorial Day Parade this  
year. Commissioner Day seconded this motion which was approved unanimously.  
New Business

A. Commissioner Suazo made a motion to approve the $400 budget to be used on  
purchasing outreach materials for this summer. Commissioner Guardiola seconded  
this motion which was approved unanimously.  
B. Commissioners voted on a cultural arts event to attend over the summer.  
C. Music in the Parks dates were shared with commissioners along with other  
important dates coming up over the summer.  
D. Bike Event flyer was shared with commissioners.  
E. Pancake Breakfast volunteer opportunity was shared with commissioners.

Commissioners celebrated the end of the year.

Chair Acevedo adjourned the meeting at 7:52 p.m.
