COMPREHENSIVE PLAN  
Mayor Pro Tem Noble re-opened the public hearing continued from September 16,  
2024.  
Jeff Brasel, Acting-Community Development Director, provided a summary of the  
September 16th public hearing and responded to additional questions from Council.  
There was no additional public testimony.  
Mayor Pro Tem Noble closed the public hearing.  
A motion was made by Mayor Douglas, seconded by Council Member Dukes to amend  
the primary motion to include revised Exhibit A . VOTE: 9 - Aye  
A motion was made by Council Member Dukes, seconded by Council Member  
Teter, that this Ordinance be introduced by council as amended and approved
