A motion was made by Commissioner Biltoft, "I propose a motion to continue  
the approval of the meeting minutes as they were not available via the website  
and for public comment," seconded by Commissioner VanHeusen, VOTE:

Senior Assistant Attorney, Jean Gill, informed the commission there will be a proposed  
update to the bylaws to bring them up to date with the adoption of Bob's Rules,  
changes in ordinances regarding boards and commissions handling, and any other  
necessary updates during a future meeting.  
Staff Business:

Heather Vidlock, Planning Manager, informed the Commissioners that City Council  
approved the following items the night prior:  
1. Reunion Center Platts.  
2. Adams Crossing Comp Plan Amendment passed on first reading.  
3. Villages of Buffalo Run East Town Homes Comp Plan Amendment passed on  
second reading.  
4. All the ordinances regarding Accessory Dwelling Units and the "definition" of family  
passed on second reading.  
5. Building permit applications are being accepted for Accessory Dwelling Units.
