A special meeting of the Urban Renewal Authority was called to order by Chair
Douglas on November 25, 2024, at 6:41 PM.
A motion was made by Commissioner Kim, seconded by Commissioner Dukes, to
excuse those members not present. VOTE: 10- Aye, 2 - Excused (Amador, Madera)
