Meeting called to order at 6:10pm.

Approval of Minutes  
March Meeting Minutes  
Tyler moved to approve the March meeting minutes. Jade seconded the motion, which  
was approved unanimously.

Grants & Finance Monthly Update  
Received $7,500 from QCF for Music in the Park. Won't hear from SCFD until  
September.  
Grants due in March each year. Start brainstorming in summer/fall.  
Balance is $19,364.86

Sound contacting bands.  
i. Items to order for table  
Inventory: tattoos, magnets, pens, bags.  
Build QR code to artist database.  
Look into bringing monitor.  
Possibly receive prize wheel from Tyler.  
Deana moved to approve $1,000 towards fan art supplies. Tyler seconded the motion,  
which was approved unanimously.  
Group wants to pursue getting paper fans and markers for people to decorate at  
concerts. Then giving the option for attendees to return and display in the Rec Centers  
after summer. Group to think through prompts for fans.  
b. Public Art & Art Exhibitions  
Currently have 5 applications for CALU Park and 13 applications for Cocklebur.  
Applications close Thursday.  
i. Snacks for Art Selection Meetings  
Ronna moved to approve $100 for snacks at upcoming art selection committee  
meetings. Tyler seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously.  
c. Community Engagement & Partnerships  
To prep before summer: script about what is Cultural Council and what we do in  
English and Spanish. Printed materials in English and Spanish.  
i. Memorial Day & PRIDE participation  
Staff to email full group about availability for Memorial Day, PRIDE, and Juneteenth.  
Jackie and Nick will participate in the Memorial Day parade.
