PORTION OF RESIDENTIAL LAND BY TRACT F LLC TO THE
COMMERCE CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY IN THE MILE HIGH
GREYHOUND PARK URBAN RENEWAL AREA
A representative of Delwest has requested to continue this resolution to a future
meeting date.
Commissioner Amador joined the meeting virtually at 6:15 PM.
A motion was made by Commissioner Dukes, seconded by Commissioner
Teter, to continue this resolution to the October 20, 2025 meeting. 8 - Aye, 4 -
Excused.

An executive session of the Commerce City Urban Renewal Authority
pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose of receiving legal
advice related to a special warranty deed.
A motion was made by Commissioner Dukes, seconded by Commissioner
Teter, to enter into an executive session of the Commerce City Urban Renewal
Authority pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose of receiving legal
advice related to a special warranty deed. VOICE VOTE: 8 - Aye, 4 - Excused
