Call To Order/Roll Call, 5:30pm

Staff called the meeting to order at 5:32pm.  
Present: Members Scott Vanheusen, Sol Shaw, Iona LongSoldier, Bianca  
Gonzalez-De La Rosa, Ana La Scoezec, and Cynthia Montez.  
Absent: Members Vanina Capitaine and Marco Vega, Councilmembers Renee  
Chacon and Craig Kim.  
Approval of Minutes

Member Sol Shaw motioned to approve both the January and February minutes. The  
motion was seconded by Bianca Gonzalez-De La Rosa, which was approved  
unanimously.

Ice Breaker  
The group introduced themselves.  
Elect Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary  
Scott Vanheusen nominated Iona LongSoldier as Chair, which was accepted by Iona.  
Sol Shaw seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously.  
Iona nominated Bianca Gonzalez-De La Rosa as Vice Chair, which was accepted by  
Bianca. Scott Vanheusen seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously.  
Scott Vanheusen nominated Ana La Scoezec as Secretary, which was accepted by  
Ana. Sol Shaw seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously.  
Presentation to City Council

Sol will present to City Council after their commission retreat. Scott is happy to  
support as well.

Sol and Scott will read the Autism Awareness proclamation at City Council April 1.  
Iona discussed creating our own volunteer base that includes former members.  
Members expressed desire for external OneDrive to access. Staff will follow up.
