Call to Order/Roll Call - 5:30pm

A motion was made to change the meeting agenda to hold Derby Review Board  
Elections. All voted in favor.  
The board voted Edwin Flores as Chaiperson and Adan Ramos as Vice Chairperson.  
Ramos Motioned, Flores seconded. All voted in favor.

City Staff, Nathan Chavez, presented the case.  
Staff discussed the design standards and the quotes.  
Applicant, Matt Earhart, thanked the board for their time and consideration, discussed  
the quotes.  
Seeing no one from the public registered to speak or written comments, they closed  
the public hearing.  
Chairperson Flores called for a motion for the case and for the Catalyst Funds.  
Chairperson Flores motioned: “Based upon the finding that the application  
meets the design principles of the  
Derby Design Guidelines, I move that the Derby Review Board grant approval  
in case DRB24-0001, a  
Derby Redevelopment application for the property located at 7280 Magnolia  
Street.”  
Chairperson Flores also motioned: “I move that the Derby Review Board  
approve the use of catalyst  
funds in an amount not to exceed $1,946.00 to reimburse the applicant for costs  
the City determines  
qualify under the program.”
