49th Avenue, zoned I-1S (Industrial Park Storage District), consisting of  
approximately 4.0 acres.  
Mayor Douglas opened the public hearing.

Brad Lucereo, Executive Director, from Stout Street Foundation, provided an  
applicant's presentation.

identify potholes and other opportunities for road repair and to inform those  
responsible; (2) to arrange a meeting with the State reps and county commissioners to  
discuss the infrastructure in the City; and (3) to identify funding sources and a timeline
