Chair Douglas on August 19, 2024, at 10:00 PM.  
A motion was made by Board Member Dukes, seconded by Board Member Teter, to  
excuse those members not present. VOTE: 4 - Aye, 4 - Nay (Chacon, Noble, Douglas,  
Kim), 1 - Excused (Madera)
