by Chair Douglas on March 25, 2024, at 6:00 PM.
A motion was made by Member Douglas, seconded by Member Chacon, to excuse
those members not present. VOTE: 7 - Aye, 5 - Excused (Ford, Kim, Machuga,
Madera, Tedesco)
