Meeting was called to order at 3:05pm.  
Present: Councilmember Douglas, Carli Plummer, Carol Boyd, Mary Kay Natho, Tina  
Ledesma, Antonia Dell, and Maria Zubiate.  
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Noble, Sue Mcgowan, Myrna Ferguson, Gabby Adeshewo.  
Carol moved to excuse Sue and Mayor Pro Tem Noble's absences. Carli seconded the  
motion, which was approved unanimously.  
Approval of Minutes  
Roxzana and Lizbeth with Community Well-Being arrived.  
July Meeting Minutes  
Carli moved to approve the minutes. Antonia seconded the motion, which was  
approved unanimously.

Lunch & Learn Updates  
Sept.24 from 12-2pm at Bison Ridge with Anythink Library.  
A-frame will be posted, since most people heard about the event that way.  
Dance Planning

Nov.14 from 5-8pm at Bison Ridge with capacity of 140 guests. Rob to serve dinner at  
5:30pm. Carli to book photobooth. Carol coordinating line dancing and DJ.  
Winter & Spring Planning  
Planning Winter & Spring in October's meeting. Start meeting 1 hour earlier.  
Group discussed participating in Fall Fest with a table.

Group discussed offering all speaker engagements virtually post event.  
Commerce City Promise shared.  
Colorado Geriatrical Society mentioned as a future Lunch & Learn topic on tax credit  
eligibility.  
ACT Program was expanded to all of Commerce City.  
Community Well-Being presented additional information on their holiday Senior Project.  
The event is scheduled for Dec.19 from 10am-12pm at Eagle Pointe (lunch provided).  
Group discussed contributing with funds and volunteering. Soliciting nominations in  
September, and gifts in October.  
Antonia moved to give $1,000 to the Community Well-Being event. Carol seconded the  
motion, which was approved unanimously.  
City Council Update

Update given on member removal.  
Data coming from Rec Centers (to be requested annually).  
Police substation on 104th will seek community input.
