by Mayor Douglas on December 8, 2025, at 6:03 PM.  
Public Comment  
Debra Bullock welcome new City Council Members, thanked outgoing Council  
Members, and spoke on the City's lack of progress.  
Reba Drotar, spoke on honoring war veterans and the Memorial Day parade.  
Chris Vandijk, thanked outgoing City Council Members and acknowledge new City  
Council Members.  
Rene Bullock, thanked outgoing City Council Members and current Council Members  
for their service.

A motion was made by Mayor Douglas, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Noble, to appoint  
Mayor Douglas to the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) Board of  
Directors. VOTE: 3 - Aye (Douglas, Kim, Noble), 6 - Nay The motion failed.  
A motion was made by Mayor Douglas, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Noble, to appoint  
Mayor Douglas to the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) Board of  
Directors. VOTE: 4 - Aye (Douglas, Kim, Noble, Teter), 5 - Nay The motion failed.  
A motion was made by Council Member Dukes, seconded by Council Member  
Guardiola, to appoint Council Member Dukes to the Denver Regional Council of  
Governments (DRCOG) Board of Directors. VOTE: 8 - Aye, 1 - Nay (Douglas)  
A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Noble, seconded by Council Member  
Kim, to appoint City Council Members to the Boards, Commissions, and  
Committees as stated. VOTE:
