New Application Hearing
Application for a new Hotel and Restaurant liquor license for Las Dos
Americas Tortilleria LLC, located at 065 Quebec St, Commerce City,
CO 80022.
The hearing officer opened this public hearing.
Present:
Heidi Hugdahl, City Attorney
Jesus Soto, appearing virtually, Applicant
Liliana Soto, Manager of Restaurant
Antonio Moreno
Eduardo Lopez, Rebel Licensing LLC Petitioning company
The applicant answered various questions about restaurant operations for Las Dos
Americas. Liliana Soto answered questions pertaining to the servers and their liquor
handling.
There have been no violations of the liquor code for this restaurant.
City Attorney Hugdahl had no questions for the applicants.
The Hearing Officer closed the hearing and notified the applicant they will issue their
findings within 30 days.
