CWB introduced themselves and provided an overview of CWB operations and  
programming.  
Approval of Minutes

March Meeting Minutes  
Carol moved to approve March meeting minutes. Mary Kay seconded the motion, which  
was approved unanimously.

a. April food & drink order  
Commission discussed food and drinks for the upcoming event.  
Mary Kay moved to have staff explore purchasing a standing banner for the senior  
commission to use at events and outreach. Carol seconded the motion, which was  
approved unanimously.

New Business  
Diane resigned. Board discussed filling the vacant vice chair position and the removed  
of inactive members.  
a. Staff Liaison Update  
Group discussed new staff liaison, Melissa, being appointed.

Commission discussed upcoming senior center tours and reviewing the need for a  
dedicated senior center in Commerce City.  
City Council Update

CM Douglas gave an update to the Commission on City Council activities.
