by Chair Douglas on September 15, 2025, at 6:20 PM.  
A motion was made by Vice Chair Noble, seconded by Commissioner Kim, to excuse  
those members not present. VOTE: 8- Aye, 4- Excused (Madera, Amador, Machuga,  
Henson )

$325,000 TO THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY FOR THE  
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 72ND PLACE AND MONACO STREET  
INTERSECTION RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT  
A motion was made by Commissioner Teter, seconded by Commissioner Kim,
