Co-chair Martinelli made a motion for the Parks, Recreation and Golf Advisory
Committee to sponsor Project Present 2025 at the "Elf Share a School" level.
Seconded by Member Grandinetti. VOTE: YES. Motion passed.
PRG Announcements & Updates
Distributed to all members via email on October 14, 2025. Recreation Manager Duda
shared information on the upcoming events and items highlighted in the PRG
Announcements.
Reports

A. Council Member Teter shared updates on the recent grant awards, the Fairfax right
of way acquisition and drainage control project, and budget hearing process. Council
Member Dukes indicated Council adopted the revised economic development incentive
policy, discussed issues related to abandoned vehicles, and reviewed rezoning to allow
for affordable housing/multi-family residential homes at 102nd & Chambers Road.
B. Member Grandinetti reported on the recent Town Hall event and the potential to
have this as an ongoing event in the future.
