Chair Douglas opened the public hearing.  
Theresa Wilson, Director of Finance, provided the staff presentation.  
There was no public testimony on this matter.  
Chair Douglas closed the public hearing.  
A motion was made by Vice Chair Noble, seconded by Board Member Kim, to  
continue the public hearing for Resolution ECAGID 25-001 to November 3, 2025.
