North Substation Update  
- A rezoning meeting regarding the substation is scheduled for January 14th at 6PM  
Co-Responder Program Update  
- Chief Guadnola and SACFD Chief Olme actively working together on program  
Chief Guadnola shared the CCPD CALEA Accreditation challenge coin and  
presented it as a token of appreciation to members that were present. - a challenge  
coin will be given to all members of the board.  
- CCPD will be bringing on two additional K9's in 2026  
- In partnership with Victim Services, CCPD distributed twelve Thanksgiving meals to  
family's in need.  
Recruitment Updates:  
- CCPD recruited our first Reserve Office scheduled to start on January 6th  
- 11 Cadets will start at Flatrock Academy on January 5th  
- 5 Recruits are being sworn in on December 15th and will begin their In-House  
Academy  
Upcoming Community Engagement Events:  
12/13 The 2026 Shop with a Cop (which is partially funded by the CPSAB and a grant  
from Walmart)  
12/19 North Pole Patrol featuring Commander Clause

Board established a timeline to complete presentation and have ready for Council by  
January 26th.  
Review of Bylaws  
Briefly discussed this item and board decided to review and will discuss details at  
future meeting  
2026 Budget  
Board is interested in supporting local non-profit organizations. In addition to the  
board soliciting new opportunities, Executive Assistant Jodell will seek new  
opportunities and will share with the board at a future meeting.  
2026 Citizens Academy - Board Participation

The Board briefly discussed the idea of having a board member participate in the  
annual Citizens Academy.  
Further discussion occurred regarding the expectations of attending and/ or  
participating in at least two community events throughout the year. Members of the  
board attended multiple community events throughout 2025 which include:  
- The Third Annual Dia de los Muertos Event  
- Pop-Up Clinic hosted by the Lutheran Church  
- AnnualTree Lighting Ceremony  
- PD Family Appreciation Event
