on November 13, 2025, at 3:05 PM.

Commissioner Natho made a motion to approve the minutes of the October  
meeting. Chair McGowan seconded the motion.

Zach Venn and Tim Duda from Parks, Recreation, & Golf presented senior data  
gathered from the recreation centers and answered questions.

Board discussed the 2026 calendar and made no edits. They will select specific  
event dates at the January meeting.

The board discussed potential event speakers for 2026. The board will select  
speakers for the April Lunch & Learn and Resource Fair at January's meeting.

Staff will bring thank you cards to the next meeting.  
b. Changing Meeting Time  
Next meeting will be December 11 at Bison Grill from 3-5pm. The board will do a gift  
exchange. Each person should bring a gift with a $20 limit. Commissioners can let  
staff know if they need to use funds from the commission budget.  
Board will discuss changing the regular meeting time to a little earlier or changing the  
regular location to somewhere up north at the December meeting.  
c. Antonia's Public Comment  
Revisit after new City Council is seated. Staff asked to inquire about collecting data  
from National Community Survey.  
d. Community Well-Being Nominations  
Commissioners to send nominations to staff through the weekend ahead of the  
Wednesday deadline.
