In attendance: Kayla Burby, Val Price, and Diane Narvaez. Amanda Holland and AJ

Absent: Sarai Thomas and Rachel Marsh.

Diane moved to approve $77,000 towards 16 youth scholarships (12 community  
scholarships and 4 PD scholarships). Kayla seconded the motion, which was approved  
unanimously.

We did not receive any additional applications for QCF. The next round of board  
applications close in July, which means that the next time we will meet (at the earliest)  
would be in August. Golf tournament planning can still take place - we just won't hold  
our monthly meetings.  
Kayla Burby officially resigned effective immediately.
