A regular meeting of the Senior Commission was called to order by Chair Mcgowan on
December 11, 2025, at 3:04 PM.
A motion was made by Member Brooks, seconded by Member Ledesma, to excuse
those members not present. VOTE: 9- Aye, 2 - Excused (Council member Young &
Member Zubiate)

November Meeting Minutes
Commissioner Boyd made a motion to approve the minutes of the November
meeting. Chair Mcgowan seconded the motion.

Huge success and great vendors. Received positive feedback from attendees. An
attendee suggested shifting dinner earlier, sharing that time with registrants, and
asking dietary needs. Another attendee suggested having a donation box to give funds
to an organization in need. Board discussed not doing registration through PRG's
system any more.
Remaining Budget
Staff will get shirts with remaining budget.
