-After identifying the reference of a Recording Secretary position in the Memberships  
and Terms of the current bylaws, there were no further discussion.  
Review and approve amended bylaws  
A motion was made by Member Hefty, seconded by Member Nice, to approve an  
addition to the bylaws requiring members to attend a minimum of two citywide events  
per calendar year.

- National Animal Control Appreciation Week  
- National Telecommunications Appreciation Week  
- National Administrative Professionals Appreciation Day  
- Public Works received a grant for additional lighting for the south area of City  
- Status of the north substation build out

- JAG Grant submission  
- CCPD recieved $5K grant from Walmart  
- Overview of first Facebook Live Commanders Meeting  
- Recruitment update; New Patrol Sergeant, Rudy Underwood  
Upcoming events:

- First Annual Cops for Inclusion  
- 2024 Memorial Day Parade
