An executive session of the City Council of Commerce City pursuant to
C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) and (b) for the purpose of determining positions
relative to the City’s relationship with the Commerce City Housing
Authority; developing strategy for negotiations; instructing negotiators;
and receiving legal advice regarding the same.
A motion was made by Council Member Ford, seconded by Council Member
Dukes, to enter into an executive session of the City Council of Commerce City
pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) and (b) for the purpose of determining
positions relative to the City’s relationship with the Commerce City Housing
Authority; developing strategy for negotiations; instructing negotiators; and
receiving legal advice regarding the same. VOTE:
