Call To Order/Roll Call - 9am

A meeting of the Cultural Council was called to order by Chair Martin on October 25,
2025, at 9:19 AM.
A motion was made by Member Sanchez, seconded by Member Vitello, to excuse
those members not present. VOTE: 7- Aye, 1- Nay, 4 - Excused (Mayor Pro Tem
Noble, Council member Douglas, and Members Humphries-Graves and Perez).

Members were given time to voluntarily share information about themselves. Members
discussed holding community time at their next meeting for a more in depth sharing of
Cultural Council's history.
Approval of Minutes
Board Member Riggs-Gonzalez made a motion to approve the minutes of the
September meeting with an update of the term "Commissioner" to "Board member".
Board Member Hall seconded the motion.
