Meeting was called to order at 11:01am.
Present: Rachel Marsh, Diane Narvaez, Val Price, Dan Aragon, AJ Aguilar, Brittany
Buckner, Amanda Holland, and Melissa Sumner

The group decided on the gray value grocery bag from 4imprint
Team Registration Planning
We'll open up 4 teams for Amanda and 2 for PD early. 16 teams will be available for
purchase on May 22.
Review of Sponsors/Silent Auction Items

Group will continue to add their contributions to the master spreadsheet. Melissa will
reach out to Laurel to see if she has a list of names for who contributed what in the
past.
Val will set up a stripe account to link to 32auctions. We will also have a silent auction
item set up on Square if people need to do it through us and not the website.
Putting Prizes

AJ, Amanda, and Melissa to organize closer to the event. Combination of donations,
swag, and alcohol.
Other Business
Natural Grocers will donate 75 snack packs and 130 pieces of fruit for ditty bags. We
will accept and supplement for the remainder.
Amanda would love to gather info on scholarship students for her speech to include.
Will work with Melissa on gathering information. Dan also recommended inviting past
scholarship recipients to the event.
Next meeting was set for 6/3 at 10am to discuss sponsors and silent auction items
more, as well as review the event schedule.
