Policy 2024-1 Permanent and Temporary Signage
CIty Staff, Nathan Chavez, presented the case.
Staff presented the amendments from the policy 2013-3 to Policy 2024-1 to allow staff
approvals.
Staff asked and noted that there was no public participants or comments to address.
Discussion occurred between board members about what staff measures would take
place to ensure compliance by business owners of policy.
Staff made recommendation that articles and compliance measures be listed and
linked in Policy 2024-1.
Board requested that recommendations be added to Policy 2024-1 and that Item be
continued to the next regular meeting, on August 20, 2024.
Chairperson Flores called for a vote.
