District was called to order by Chair Douglas on April 2, 2024, at 12:23 AM.
Approval of Minutes
Minutes of November 6, 2023 Meeting
A motion was made by Board Member Kim, seconded by Board Member Teter,
that this ECAGID Minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present
affirmed.

GENERALLY KNOWN AS QUIKTRIP GENERALLY LOCATED AT
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF EAST 81ST AVENUE AND TOWER
ROAD INTO THE E-470 COMMERCIAL AREA GENERAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
Mayor Douglas opened the public hearing.
