An Executive Session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose
of receiving legal advice regarding the final plat approval process for
Reunion Center Filing 1, Amendment 1 (#S-762-20-21-25) and Reunion
Center Filing 1, Amendment 2 (#S-762-20-21-25-25)
A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Noble, seconded by Council Member
Kim, to Executive Session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose of
receiving legal advice regarding the final plat approval process for Reunion
Center Filing 1, Amendment 1 (#S-762-20-21-25) and Reunion Center Filing 1,
Amendment 2 (#S-762-20-21-25-25). VOTE:

City Council request the appropriateness of a public hearing process
pursuant to Land Development Code Sec. 21-3241(4)(d) for Case
S-762-20-21-25-25 for final plat to create: 106 residential lots; five
commercial lots; and 11 tracts for open space, utilities, drainage, and
private right-of-way. The subject property is approximately 15.25 acres,
generally located between East 104th Avenue and Homestead Trail and
between Walden Street and Yampa Street, zoned PUD (Planned Unit
Development)
A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Noble, seconded by Council Member
Douglas, to call up Case S-762-20-21-25-25 through a public hearing process of
the Planning Commission and City Council pursuant to Land Development
Code Sec. 21-3241(4)(d). VOTE:

Council meeting to publicly discuss its future development plans
A motion was made by Council Member Ford, seconded by Council Member
Dukes, to invite Oakwood Home to attend a City Council meeting to publicly
discuss its future development plans to occur after the hearings on subdivision
cases #S-762-20-21-25) and #S-762-20-21-25-25. VOTE:
