Kristin N. Brown has been serving the City as a hearing officer for multiple authorities since 2012 and has not adjusted their hourly rate since then. The City Council can appoint a hearing officer to preside over third party campaign finance complaint hearings pursuant to CCRMC 2-1006. This resolution adjusts Ms. Brown's hourly rate and appoints her as the hearing officer to the campaign finance complaint hearings.
