An executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a), 4(e), & 4(b) for the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property interest relating to City property around the Civic Center, for the purpose of determining positions relative to a matter that may be subject to negotiation, developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators regarding a potential land exchange and redevelopment opportunity regarding the same, and for receiving legal advice regarding the implications of a potential land exchange.
