Summary and Background Information: 

In 2021, ULI Colorado furnished a Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) Report, containing findings and recommendations regarding “opportunities for transit-oriented development (TOD), connectivity to surrounding neighborhoods, and additional community amenities” for the 72^nd Avenue commuter rail station, to Commerce City. At the request of the City Council, Rodney Milton, president of ULI Colorado, has been invited to discuss the findings of the ULI TAP Report as they relate to the development of 7001 Colorado Boulevard and provide an overview of the report itself.
