Summary and Background Information:
The PRG Advisory Committee reviewed the following documents: PARKS, RECREATION AND GOLF ADVISORY COMMITTEE CHARTER (attached), Resolution #2016-12 ESTABLISHING THE PARKS, RECREATION AND GOLF ADVISORY COMMITTEE (attached) and Resolution #2016-117 MODIFYING THE PARKS, RECREATION AND GOLF ADVISORY COMMITTEE (attached).
On April 20, 2021, the PRG Advisory Committee voted to update the PURPOSE section of Resolution #2016-12 ESTABLISHING THE PARKS, RECREATION AND GOLF ADVISORY COMMITTEE. The updates were presented to City Council as part of the PRG Advisory Committee Annual Review at the Monday, April 26 Study Session. The attached RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE PARKS, RECREATION AND GOLF ADVISORY COMMITTEE outlines the purposed changes recommended to City Council for action at tonight’s business meeting.
