Summary and Background Information

The applicant, United Development Companies, is requesting the approval of two different parcels for annexation into Commerce City. The combined parcels are approximately 13.36 acres in size and are currently vacant. The subject properties are generally located at 10550 Brighton Rd., Henderson, CO 80640. Both properties are currently zoned Adams County Residential-1-C (R-1-C). The applicant is requesting that the properties be rezoned Commerce City Single Family Detached Residential (R-1).
