Summary and Background Information: 

This item will approve a temporary drainage easement to the HIP RINGSBY I-76 LLC who is developing Gruenewald Filing 3, a re-plat of Gruenewald Filing 1, Tracts B and C on East 108^th Avenue east of Havana Street and north of Interstate I-76.  The temporary drainage easement is needed to provide a privately maintained pressurized storm pipe in the East 108^th Avenue right-of-way for the limited purpose of conveying storm water from the real property located at Tract B and Tract C of Gruenewald Filing No. 1 (“Grantee’s Property”), to a storm manhole in East 108^th Avenue approximately three hundred sixty (360) feet west of the west property line of the Grantee’s Property.  See City Council cover memo.
