Summary and Background Information:
The CCURA’s owner’s representative recommends that the CCURA retain a design consultant to perform preliminary site planning for the commercial parcel (Tract A) to assist in the pursuit of development opportunities. The Executive Director is seeking authorization to negotiate and execute a contract with a vendor (Kimley-Horn) to conduct this work.
