Summary and Background Information:
At the July 21, 2020 study session City Council requested additional analysis on the potential impacts to future residential due to increasing the proposed reverse setback language to 1,000 feet in the Oil and Gas LDC Update. The attached presentation is in response to City Council’s requested additional analysis of the impacts of a 1,000’ reverse setback being implemented within the Oil and Gas LDC Updates. The presentation also outlines a potential public hearing schedule for Council to consider.
