Summary and Background Information:
An emergency special meeting was conducted on via a Google Form poll for council to consider authoring the Mayor to sign on to a letter on behalf of the City for the US conferece of Mayors related to coronavirus relief funds. Council members were required to input their email address for accurate vote taking. The council voted 9-0 to authorize the Mayor to sign the letter. A draft of the letter and the results of the poll are attached. Council will need to move to ratify that action.

A special emergency meeting conducted via Google Forms as called by Mayor Huseman for the purpose of authorizing the Mayor's signature on a draft letter from the US Conference of Mayor's related to direct emergency assistance for cities. This is an emergency meeting due to a deadline of tomorrow morning. The results of the poll will be ratified by the City Council at the March 23, 2020 Special Meeting.
Responses are due no later than 7:59a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020.
