Summary and Background Information:
Delwest's Phase 1 environmental report identified a known EPA Superfund site at 4661 Monaco Street (Chemical Sales Co.) that could impact the MHGP site. Clean-up at the Chemical Sales Co. site has been completed, and the area is being monitored. The CCURA's Owner Representative will provide a short overview of the on-site environmental testing results and will be availble to answer questions.
