Summary and Background Information: 

JR Engineering has designed the first three of five traffic signals along East 104th Avenue. Poles and mast arms were pre-ordered by the City and set for delivery on January 10, 2020. Bids were received for construction on December 23, 2019. The low bidder was WL Contractors. Construction to start directly, it is scheduled to take 75 days.
