Summary and Background Information:
CP-2 currently states that council may only appoint 3 members to its committees, but allows some form of participation by other councilmembers. The resolution modifies the policy to require a minimum of 3 appointees for council committees and to expressly confirm that any councilmembers present may participate in discussions and vote on committee business, if present.
