Summary and Background Information:
The Mile High Greyhound Park redevelopment Purchase and Sale Agreement requires Delwest, the Master Developer of the project, to have design standards and guidelines approved by the CCURA Board by November 4, 2019. After submitting several iterations of the document, meeting with staff, and incorporating staff feedback, the design standards are ready for Board review.
The Board must decide whether to approve Delwest’s design standards so they can move forward with the redevelopment project.
