RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT OF REVOCABLE LICENSE TO SOUTH ADAMS COUNTY WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT

Summary and Background Information:
South Adams County Water and Sanitation District (SACWSD) has requested to install a monitoring well on two City properties. The purpose of the monitoring wells is to collect data on the alluvial aquifer in the southern portion of SACWSD’s service area. After installing the monitoring wells, SACWSD staff or their consultant will be onsite approximately one time every three months for approximately 10 minutes to collect data at the well. SACWSD would like to collect data at the sites for the foreseeable future. City Staff has met with their consultant at each of the locations to determine the best location for the monitoring wells to ensure minimal impact to the property and the public.
