Summary and Background Information

The applicant requests approval to amend the Future Land Use Map from Office/Flex to Mixed Use on property generally located south of E 104th Avenue, east of Potomac Street, and west of Blackhawk Street. The amendment represents a total area of ±16.7 acres that comprises the entire Commons at 104th development.
