Summary and Background InformationIn 2018, the Colorado Legislature passed House Bill 18-1025 moving the entire state liquor code from Title 12 to Title 44.  Chapter 8 of the Commerce City Revised Municipal Code must be updated to reflect House Bill 18-1025, to clarify the role of the Liquor Authority, and to remove provisions that are no longer relevant or repetitive of provisions in the State Liquor Code.
